The main purpose of this paper is to examine to what extent the white jobs can become one of the most important drivers of recovery in employment in our country (is expected to grow by about three million jobs in 2020) and can generate a result the largest increase in domestic product in Italy. It will consider, then, the role to which they will be called to support the challenge that arises from demographic phenomena not yet adequately known proportions and that will determine not yet sufficiently analyzed and discussed consequences on welfare and public policies, particularly in response to ' increased chronicity serious of the poorest diseases and disability and in need of the population and everything in order to alleviate, in the near future, the increased pressure of this phenomenon on the national health system.
